Coach's tip: size the rope to the athlete — the handles should reach roughly to the armpits when the athlete stands on the rope's center — and choose the 9' speed rope for taller athletes or faster turnover. Store ropes coiled loosely, out of direct sun, to keep the PVC flexible.
